It is a natural way to heal our bodies. Touch comes before sight, before speech. It is the first language, and the last, and it always tells the truth. I am a qualified massage therapist, specialising in Thai Yoga Massage, Indian Head Massage, Spa Full Body Massage, Wonderlift Facial Massage and more. I work from home, offering a clean, safe, warm and cosy environment. I love what I do, and aim to transmit my passion through my massages. Massage is a form of therapeutic touch, which boosts mental and physical health, creates connection, and promotes wellbeing and happiness. Everyone deserves to experience it.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a strong vigorous massage. The one I practice is based on the northern style. It is a 2 hour treatment, can last even up to 2.5 hours. It includes many yoga based stretches and a thorough work on the energy lines of the legs, combining acupressure, gentle stretching and applied yoga. This treatment is done fully clothed, on a comfortable floor mat. Comfortable and thin clothing should be worn to allow for movement. For example, thin joggers, leggings or yoga pants are good options, and a simple long or short sleeves top. Treatment can be adapted depending on ailments as well as contraindications.

Indian Head Massage

A massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The treatment lasts around 45 minutes. It is a relaxing massage aimed at reducing stress and promoting good health. It can help to release tension from your body, restore joint mobility in the shoulders, relieve tension headaches, jaw ache and eye strain, help clear sinuses, improve blood circulation and improve lymphatic drainage, aiding the elimination of toxins from your body. It also stimulates blood supply to the scalp which encourages hair growth and improved hair and scalp condition. Furthermore, it increases the supply of fresh oxygen and glucose to the brain, which will lift the mood, promote better clarity and improve concentration. It can help relieve physical fatigue and boost energy levels. This massage is traditionally done sitting, but I learned to adapt it to table massage, as I find it more relaxing this way.. Oil or lotion will be used, depending on the client's preferences. Oil is optional for the scalp massage.

Spa body massage

Spa Body massage. A relaxing and nurturing treatment, lasting between 60 to 75 minutes. This massage covers the feet, legs, back, shoulders, arms, hands, upper chest, and face. The extended version also cover abdomen and scalp. A variety of strokes are used during the treatment, with more or less pressure depending on the client. Oil or lotion will be used. Please avoid wearing make-up or jewellery as it will impact the massage.

Wonderlift Facial Massage

The Wonder Lift Facial Massage is a natural facelift which incorporates complementary techniques from Japanese Facial Massage, Indian Face Massage and Acupressure. The Japanese influence works on the facial meridians which are believed to treat the balance of health in the whole body and help the flow of energy in the face. It has many benefits, such as: - Encourage cell renewal which will improve the skin condition - Improve lymphatic drainage - Stimulates blood flow - Improves skin suppleness - Relieves tension headaches, eye strain, insomnia etc. - Removes dead skin cells - Encourages tightening and toning of muscles For best results, a weekly treatment for 4 weeks, followed by one every 2 weeks for 2 months, and then every 3 weeks to maintain is recommended.

30 minutes short massage

Can't afford much? Don't have much time? Well why not just book a short treatment. Choose between: - back, neck and shoulders - or legs (back and front) and feet - or scalp, face, arms and hands.

Aromatherapy Massage

This massage is a relaxing treatment, lasting around 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the client. Slow strokes, a mixe of deep and gentle ones, alongside essential oils, will help you unwind and relax your body and mind. The massage covers your whole body, and essentiel oils can be added to massage your scalp and face, if pre-planned so i can select the best oils for your skin type and scalp. Essential oils will be diffused if you wish so, to add further benefits to your massage.
